Code of Ethics

The three code of ethic that are meaning to me from NAEYC and DEC are

1)Ethical responsibilities to colleagues- meaning to respect each other and the work place, and to treat all with respect. We all have differences but we are on the same teaming=children.

2) Ethical Practice to Research-to respect and use the research and findings in order to use vital research in the ECE sector

3)Professional Development and Preparation- preparing myself in the ECE and to comprehend all new studies, state/local educational requirements.

I enjoyed all the discussion in this course. Reading all my colleagues different point of views was very interesting. Just to know that there are numerous inspiring educators, the children will be saved!
